| World Asset Management clients are encouraged to invest in our commingled funds, however, there are occasions when commingled funds are not appropriate and separately managed portfolios are required. Separately managed portfolios follow the same investment process as our commingled funds unless directed otherwise by the client. | |

| ERISA Qualified collective funds are used for pension assets. World Asset Management currently acts as sub-advisor for 11 ERISA qualified collective funds including S&P 500, S&P/Citigroup LargeCap Growth, S&P/Citigroup Large Cap Value, S&P MidCap 400, S&P SmallCap, Foreign Equity and Lehman Brothers Aggregate Bond Strategies. | |

| Acting in the sub-investment advisor capacity, World Asset Management manages a number of S&P mutual funds such as, S&P 500, S&P MidCap 400, and S&P SmallCap 600. A number of these mutual funds are ranked in the first quartile amongst their peers. | |

| 584 collective funds are exempt from taxation under section 584 of the Internal Revenue Code. World Asset Management currently acts as sub-advisor for 7 collective 584 funds for foundations, endowments, VEBAs, governmental entities, and Taft Hartley health and welfare assets. Our collective 584 fund mandates include S&P 500, S&P/Citigroup LargeCap Growth, S&P/Citigroup LargeCap Value, S&P MidCap 400, S&P SmallCap, Lehman Brothers Aggregate Bond, and Lehman Brothers Intermediate U.S. Government Bond funds. | |
